Spread over six 20 minute teachings with time for practice by yourself and with a partner or family member, you will learn:
- How to ground yourself with breathwork and calming the nervous system
- How to connect to your intuition
- How to connect to the energy field of an issue
- How to use your intuition to explore the energy field of the issue for possible causes and solutions
