A brief overview of the process:
When we are in stress we go into a stress response of fight, flight or freeze. This means our brains are in survival mode and unable to rationally solve problems.
The techniques taught on this workshop enable participants to come out of this stress response in minutes, allowing them to fully engage with, and calmly solve any challenging situations that may arise.
