The 5 Steps to Healing ADHD
Overview
In addition to imbalances in brain chemicals such as dopamine, serotonin, and adrenaline and potentially under-optimised areas of the brain, an often overlooked cause of ADHD is active or ‘unintegrated’ primitive reflexes.
These are nervous system reflexes that become active from a few weeks after conception until they are no longer needed, around a year after birth.
They aid in feeding, protection from harm, and later on the development of more complex motor skills and cognitive functions. In some cases, they can remain active into later childhood and adulthood and contribute to many of the symptoms associated with ADHD.
In this video, I take you through the 5 steps of healing ADHD which are:
- Learn to breathe optimally
- Naturally optimise brain chemicals and brain function
- Turn off active primitive reflexes,
- Release stuck energy/tension from the jaw, skull and eyes
- Learn to access your intuition to resolve any other factors related to your ADHD
To learn how to heal the root causes of your or your child’s ADHD/Dyslexia in a safe, supportive online community.
